Blow-molded transparent containers are used to polish the cavity of the blow mold at a high degree of polishing during the production process. Select a polishing agent and soft cotton paper to polish the mold cavity, rub it hard to make a small amount of polishing agent enter the mold cavity surface, and then use clean cotton paper to polish until the mold cavity appears mirror surface to stop. Replace cotton paper frequently when polishing to prevent scratching the mold cavity.

After the cutting edge of the blank mold of the plastic mold is worn, it must be corrected by a skilled moldmaker. The cutting block on the neck of the blow mold and the cutting sleeve on the air intake rod are the key components. To maintain the outstanding state, it must be replaced immediately. For example, after the cutting edge of the cutting block is unevenly worn, the neck of the formed container will leak when it is used.

When the cooling channel of the blow mold is blocked or corroded to affect the flow of the cooling medium, it should be cleaned immediately.

The guide pillars and guide sleeves of the blow mold should be regularly smooth, and they should be replaced at least once every year to ensure the alignment of the two halves of the mold and improve the life of the mold.

Whenever the production is stopped or the blow mold is in stock, the cooling channels of the mold must be blown with compressed air, and the cavity should be coated with a protective agent to prevent corrosion, and wait for the next blow molding process.
