2. Check the tightening of each fastening part in detail. If there is looseness, tighten it immediately.

 

3. Check the buttons, electrical switches, operating handles, handwheels, etc. for damage or psychic phenomena. Before driving, each switch handle or button should be in the disconnected position.

 

4. Check whether the safety door slides flexibly on the track and whether it can touch the limit switch at the set position.

5. Check whether the fuel tank of the blow molding equipment is full of hydraulic oil. If the oil is not filled, the fuel tank should be cleaned and tidy, and then the specified type of hydraulic oil is injected into the tank from the oil filter, and the oil level reaches the upper and lower limit lines of the meter. intermediate.

 

6. Inject lubricating oil into all oil cups and lubrication channels to make them lubricated.

 

7. Check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the electrical equipment. If they are not adjusted accordingly, make them the same.

 

8. Check the clean condition of the working table of the second machine, and remove all kinds of tools and sundries used in the debugging of the equipment, especially the transmission part and sliding part.
